This was a great week for our students! After working hard on their OAA tests on Tuesday and Wednesday they were rewarded with a fun drawing day yesterday and extra fun extra recess today! We also had a visit form our Pickerington Public Library where we heard about all the different programs that will be happening at the library this summer. Ask your child about what we heard and see if they want to participate! THe link below will take you to their website which has more information.
Next week is sure to be fun and exciting as well! It is our last week for library, so please make sure that all library books are returned. In addition to our regular activities we have the following planned for the week:
Monday: Game day, students can bring a game from home to share with friends. Board games only please, no electronics.
Tuesday: Hat day, kids can wear their favorite hats to school.
Wednesday: Imagination Day, we will be using our imaginations to solve problems and design new inventions.
Thursday: Jigsaw Puzzle Day, we will have puzzles for the students to put together as they synergize in order to complete their puzzles.
Friday: Kids are Healthy Day, this is our fourth grade health day. If you have questions regarding this day please refer to the letter that came home from our school nurse Tami Tackett.
We are looking forward to what should be a fun week, please remind your students that in order for us to participate in all of these fun activities we expect the best Leadership and Behavior from our fourth graders each day.
Enjoy your weekends!
